The product of a family of wine producers established in the village of Bourré for more than a hundred years, Anne Josseau set out thirty years ago to develop and restructure the vineyard, with the aim of getting the absolute best out of the land.

Anne Josseau the winemaker was born into a winemaking family based in Bourré for more than 100 years. She took over the family estate in 2009 and she produce organic wine. She brings her feminine touch by working white, red and rosé wines with generous notes and fleeing aromas. On the estate is the entrance to one of the smallest troglodyte galleries in Bourré. Stephane Josseau, the brother-in-law, sees an opportunity and after a year of exploration and immersion in this place, the concept of the wine tourism activity "Troglo Degusto" was born in 2012.
